A Patient-Centered Medical Home is a partnership between a patient and their physician.
A Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is a system of care in which a team of health professionals work together to provide your entire healthcare needs. You, the patient, are the most important part of a patient centered medical home. Our office hours are:
Monday and Thursday
8:00am – 7:00pm
Tuesday and Wednesday
8:00am – 4:00 pm
Friday
8:00am - 2:00pm
Saturday
8:00 am – 12:00pm

IMPORTANT URGENT CARE INFORMATION:

We have developed a partnership with Sterling Heights Urgent Care and they will forward their findings to our office the following day. Should you find yourself in a situation where you must seek medical care after hours and it is not a life-threatening emergency please use:

Hours of operation: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM 7 days a week - 365 days a year Open on all holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
